The modular series OMEGA 4

The new generation of the plastic welding machine series OMEGA 4 has the highest level of technical standard and is easy to use.

The modular positioning of the components, including moulding press, control and generator, allows easy positioning of the respective plastic part and of the work station.

As a standard this type of machine is already prepared for an integration into a special machine. No further interfaces are nessesary.

Due to its efficiency and the manifold possibilities of process control, this standard machine guarantees a safe accomplishment of even the most difficult welding tasks.

The processor-controlled operation device of OMEGA 4 has an easy to use touch panel by which all welding parameters can be easily selected, set and adjusted.
