The modular positioning of the components, including
moulding press, control and generator, allows easy
positioning of the respective plastic part and of the work
station.Due to its efficiency and the possibilities of process control,
this standard machine guarantees a safe accomplishment
of even the most difficult welding tasks.
The processor controlled operation device of OMEGA III has
an easy to use one-hand rotary switch allowing monitoring
and changing all parameters.

RWS: Reactive Welding System (Ultrasound OFF, once
the predetermined power level has been achieved)
Documentation of all control parameters, via a printer
(interface RS 232) if requested, or by storage of the
ultrasonic results on PC by means of MECAWIN
software
