KT Compact units

Compact units are used

maintenance and repair.
The machines of the KT

applicable cleaning systems

parts.
The 3-chamber machine as
well as the compact
construction of the machine
allow a high cleaning quality
and a simultaneous space
saving installation
Design:
The tanks are fitted into a
solid framework. If desired,
the lower frame can be
delivered in stainless steal.
The tank and the frame is
made of stainless steal
fittings of Rs/Rg

Operation: All valves are well accessible and easy to use from the front panel. The
control bottoms are on the front panel of the machine and correspond to the individual
chambers.
Procedure
Chamber 1: Ultrasonic cleaning in heating aqueous cleaning agent
Chamber 2: Rinsing with water
Chamber 3: Rinsing with water, cascade spill to chamber 2
Chamber 4: Hot air drying according to circulating system
